Your order is immediately processed at the time it is placed, and will be shipped approximately two weeks later. Because each order is custom-made, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
We permit no unauthorized returns. Also, as most of our towels/pillows use
vintage fabric, some imperfections cannot be helped. Indeed, we like them
as these point to their authenticity.

Orders sent by Standard UPS service should be delivered within 5-10 business days. Saturday delivery is not available through UPS to all destinations. If a specific receiving date is required please Email or Call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it. Two Girls In Avignon currently do not offer gift wrapping services.
Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. Two Girls in Avignon is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST and closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Two Girls In Avignon does not ship items to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items shipped outside of the continental U.S. have a delivery surcharge per item in addition to the regular delivery charge.
Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We have guaranteed the quality of our merchandise and the standard of excellence of our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please call us at 918-743-7996. We regret we can not refund delivery charges, and we can not accept the return of customized or special order merchandise. Items purchased through other retail stores are nonreturnable to us directly. Please contact the store for their return policy.
